Under 50 employees the channel is voluntary; 50–249 it’s mandatory; 250+ brings extra obligations. Our tiers follow exactly those lines, so pick the one that matches your headcount.

Prices are excluding VAT

Pay by card or by invoice

Card payments run through Stripe, yearly (17% saving) or month-to-month. Your VAT number is collected at checkout, with reverse charge applied for EU B2B. Prefer a purchase order and a bank transfer? Choose “request an invoice” once you have configured your channel; we email the invoice within one business day and your channel is provisioned as soon as payment is received.

Case handling as a service

Prefer not to receive reports yourself? Belfort acts as your external report recipient, triaging reports, running the dialogue and keeping you inside the statutory deadlines, from €150/month on top of any tier. Talk to an advisor.

Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?
No. The subscription is the whole price: configuration, activation and support are included.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes. If your headcount grows into the next band, contact us and we adjust the subscription; your channel and its history stay exactly where they are.
What does "quoted" mean for Neo E?
Organisations with 250+ employees or multiple legal entities differ too much for one list price. The amounts shown are the starting point; we confirm a quote before you commit.
