Everything a compliant channel needs

One subscription covers the reporting side, the case-handling side, and the legal clock in between.

Anonymous or identified

You choose whether your channel accepts anonymous reports, identified reports, or both: a deliberate, documented choice.

Two-way secure dialogue

Case handlers can ask follow-up questions and reporters can reply, even on anonymous reports.

Every language you need

Pick your reporting languages; each gets its own welcome text and privacy notice using your own wording or the default.

The legal clock, visible

Acknowledge within 7 days, feedback within 3 months. The statutory deadlines are tracked on every case.

Your brand, your subdomain

Your logo, your colours, your address. A channel recognised and trusted by staff actually gets used.

EU-hosted and isolated

Each company runs in its own isolated environment, hosted within the EU, GDPR-first.

For your employees

A reporting channel your people recognise

Reporters land on your own subdomain, in their own language, with your logo and your welcome text. Reporting a concern feels like an internal step instead of a leap into the unknown.

  • Your subdomain: yoursubdomain.neo-whistle.com
  • Logo, welcome text and privacy notice per language
  • A secure URL and QR code to post internally
For your case handlers

Case handling that keeps you on the clock

Every report opens a case with the statutory deadlines attached. Acknowledge receipt, run the dialogue, close with feedback: the directive is built into the workflow rather than into a spreadsheet.

  • Receipt acknowledged within 7 days
  • Feedback to the reporter within 3 months
  • A named, impartial case handler as the law expects

What the directive requires, on a clock

The EU Whistleblower Directive is a sequence of deadlines. Neo keeps you inside them.

Day 0 A report is submitted
Day 7 Receipt must be acknowledged
Month 3 The reporter must have feedback

Frequently asked questions

Which companies need to comply?
Under the EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937), organisations with 50 or more employees must provide an internal reporting channel. In Belgium this has applied to companies with 250+ employees since 15 February 2023, and to companies with 50–249 employees since 17 December 2023.
What deadlines apply once a report comes in?
The directive requires acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days of a report being submitted, and feedback to the reporter within a reasonable timeframe not exceeding 3 months.
Can reports be submitted anonymously?
Yes. When your channel is configured you choose whether it accepts anonymous reports, identified reports, or both.
Where is our data hosted?
Your reporting channel runs in an isolated environment, separate from every other company on the platform, hosted within the EU.
How fast can we be live?
Configuring a channel takes about 15 minutes. Once it’s set up, your case handlers and reporters get access in a matter of minutes.
Do you handle cases yourself?
Up to you. Belfort can act as your external report recipient, triaging and following up on reports on your behalf, from €150/month on top of any tier.
